D3D Orthopedic insoles
Top Cover Duo Layer is new in our program and perfectly combinable with the black basic inlay made of Softair. This type of D3D inlay extends our program and makes it complete what the various shores we can offer is concerned. The contact surface is very comfortable but the base is offering a very good stability and is retaining its shape. The higher degree of comfort makes this type of insole perfectly for people who have to walk or stand during the complete day.
Inflated grinding wheel for orthopedic work 200
For the 200 mm wide inflated grinding wheel the machine is equipped with a special suction funnel, that is situated immediately behind the scouring part. Due to this a perfect suction is being achieved without limiting the freedom of movement.
Podo - Station
With the new developed Podo-Station the goal was achieved to create a small mobile Workstation, perfectly equipped for the production of inlays. A small scouring band machine with dust extraction, a coating grating with an active carbon filter as well as storage space for various materials are provided. The few changes that have been made to the way of building the Primatec have caused that more freedom of movement has been achieved to work on lasts. Also the suction capacity at the scouring bands has been improved by assembling the new funnels.
